Lincoln girl faces fees for $135k in unauthorized enterprise bills

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln girl accused of creating unauthorized purchases totaling over $135,000 with two enterprise bank cards turned herself in to authorities Thursday.

Tiffany Isley, 54, is charged with theft by illegal taking of $5,000 or extra.

Isley was employed as a secretary at Pat Thomas Development in Lincoln. As a part of her employment, she was given a bank card underneath her identify to buy workplace provides and work associated objects.

In accordance with an arrest affidavit, an accounting agency that processed the enterprise‘s 2023 taxes found regarding spending patterns on Isley’s bank card. Isley is accused of utilizing the corporate card for unauthorized purchases after which depositing $9,000 into the enterprise’s account.

An in depth assessment of the data revealed that Isley made 1,738 unauthorized purchases with two firm playing cards between July 25, 2022, and July 14, 2024, totaling $135,649.41, court docket paperwork present.

Isley turned herself in Thursday morning at Lancaster County Corrections. She was arraigned and had her bond set at 10% of $5,000.

She will likely be again in Lancaster County Courtroom for a listening to on Dec. 12 at 9 a.m.
