ZURICH (Reuters) – Holcim’s spin-off of its North American enterprise is progressing “extraordinarily nicely”, Chief Monetary Officer Steffen Kindler stated on Friday, with updates for buyers deliberate quickly.
“The progress that we’re making in all points of this itemizing from technical subjects like accounting to extra governance subjects is progressing extraordinarily nicely,” Kindler instructed reporters after the constructing supplies firm reported its third quarter earnings.
